We ship to all states in the contiguous United States. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cold shipping that contains sustainable insulation made from cornstarch and is paired with dry ice. The insulation material is soluble in water and the outer box is recyclable.

All fresh fruits and vegetables are harvested to order, so please be aware that there may be potential delays in delivery. Nonetheless, we are committed to ensuring that your fresh produce reaches you within the promised timeframe, which typically takes only 1 days with DHL.

If you choose to visit our farm for a direct purchase, you can pay and take your items with you immediately. It's worth noting that we offer packing paper bags or boxes for a fee; however, feel free to bring your own storage bags and boxes.

Here's our work process:

1. Place an order through our online mall.
2. We promptly verify your order.
3. Upon verification, we immediately pick your order of fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring they meet our high standards.
4. Once harvested, we promptly clean the produce to remove soil and dust, followed by natural drying to eliminate excess water.
5. All products are vacuum-packed for freshness.

It's important to emphasize our commitment to green agriculture. We strictly avoid the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. This means that upon receiving your order, a simple water wash is all that's needed to enjoy our fresh fruits and vegetables, imbued with the natural flavors of the sun.

Please note that in step 3, if we don't have fresh fruits and vegetables meeting our stringent criteria, your order may experience a brief delay in shipment. However, this delay will not exceed a week, and we appreciate your understanding and support. We are dedicated to providing you with genuinely green and healthy food.
