🍉Sustainable farming

Our growing practices are regenerative with a focus on healthy soil and a thriving diversity of living things. We never use chemical fertilizers or sprays.
	We recycle organic fertilizer almost year round. We collect rotting fruits and vegetables, fall leaves and manure from the animals on the farm. Everything is a gift from nature and we do our best to adhere to sustainable agriculture.
In the summer of 2023, we began experimenting with hydroponic vegetables.
	Watch! They may not look luxurious, but they are full of sunshine. Nothing is more important than health in this day and age.
